VWD e-lottery affiliate making a full time income from the UK and Euromillions lotteries. Lotto Results and progress here.
Just saw this article on a blog I saw on BE. It makes sense, too many budding affiliates just place their members website URL willy nilly without asking themselves ,”What do I want someone to do when they read this?”. Even if it’s in an email signature you must put at least a small bit of explanation in there.
When giving out cards or leaflets make sure you say ,”Take a look at the website, go to the address on the card” or something similar. When I first started giving out cards I would be scared to even say anything I was just grateful they had took it and not shook their head and tried to walk through me!! It sounds silly now but it happens to all of us.
When carding cars (putting your VWD card in the little bit of rubber at the bottom of the drivers side window):
That will do it for today, remember Gigi’s advice - a Daily Method of Operation means doing something every day, different things on different days and even different things on the same day!
Good luck with your efforts.
This business is doing well now and everything is coming under one roof, the php scripts for processing my forms are now held locally, stats scripts too have been moved from an external 3rd party site to this domain which makes for faster page loads and less obligatory advertising to non-associated sites.
I’ve moved my page for requesting information from recent signups to here so they can take a look around this blog to see what goes on in an affiliate’s work (not much! :-D).
WordPress would normally display the page titles for signup/error/thanks on the sidebar but editing the php template and adding &exclude=13,14,15 to the display page title command keeps them out of the way. It goes a long way towards integration and keeping the same look throughout my site/emails/promotion sort of a brand recognition effort.
Just setting up MSOutlook now with AutoText entries and pop access to the blog.teamplaylotto.com mail server.
Not bad for a few hours effort!

1 new player joined for both games in the early hours of the morning from an .NL email address.
That takes the team up to 201 now, looks like the Total Leads section of the website is working well.
