I know quite a few of my own members (and other VWD’ers) visit this blog and it’s luvverly to have you here! Since people have been using the forum to help and advise each other my team has had some great action, Dave, Johnathan, Malcolm, Raymond, Chris and more have been busy building and finding new ideas.

Here it is, my new blog design for my lotto business. It’s been quite a pain transferring posts and adding boxes but all the tweaking I did with the other site has taught me a lot and with the release of WordPress2 I thought I would try a new template and hack it a little. The last template got so hacked that it was taking an age to display, this new one is displayed in less than 5 seconds (even in China and Chile!!).
Please be patient while I add more boxes and generally tidy it up so it’s a little easier to understand what I’m doing here. Oh and there will be a big hoo-hah over this weeks £80 MILLION jackpot, playing with the elottery and matching just 5 numbers will produce 36 multi-millionaires due to our unique multi-win system. What a week this will be, no rest and I’ve just got another 5000 flyers from the printers…. busy busy!!

While I was playing about with this new template I was using another subdomain and it’s much much faster there, plus the permalinks work over there and not here. I think they might be on different server OS’s. Check below for a much faster loading version of this blog.
Is it worth it to go through all my online links to this domain and re-do them to point to the new one? is it worth it or should I wait to see what the host says about htaccess?

Update on this.. emailed the host and they say this domain is on a Windows server and the other one is on Linux so they are going to move this domain to a Linux server and see if that speeds things up.
next update: Streamline.net sorted it all out, this page now appears in super quick time!! Great host, great prices, speedy tech support.

There’s been some really good results with my new schedule for online and offline promoting, my starter packs that went out to affiliates were well received and there is a lot more action in the team. It’s quite exciting having such a large team now and watching the new people go from playing one game to playing both for free, even better when they start to make a profit!
I went out yesterday to do leaflets and I had downloaded the first Harry Potter audio book to my phone after reading about it at Akufu and I ended up doing the most flyer deliveries ever!, Stephen Fry has a great voice for reading and does such a good job of changing accents and intonations throughout the book and it’s many changing characters that I didn’t want to stop listening, I must have walked 10 miles yesterday and delivered over 600 flyers and I didn’t even notice it.
