My VWD Lottery Experience.

Well, this is the second week of me trying to get up to executive affiliate before the big meeting on Saturday. I’m pretty close, I have had 6 personal signups since I started noting everything down. 4 were affiliates so I’m only 2 away from my target! The group also had quite a few signups coming in too so the team has really grown this week. I have 2 warm market prospects left to approach and a few Big_Advertising leads to follow up on so I am fairly certain that I’ll get exec before the week is out.

Woke up and saw I had a text message saying I got a new player. Checked the emails, none elottery related.
Guest hits over the weekend soared! 7 more prospects in the prospector - 6 total leads and 1 grab a grand.
1 follow up email to do in email tracking.

Went to the post office and posted some GAG flyers on the way.

Talked to a couple of people about the elottery while I was out.

Got a call from yesterdays contact and now he is in my team so 1 more to go until exec! woohoo!

Was supposed to do a couple of calls but completely forgot! I’ll work harder tomorrow I did put together a pack for the new affiliate ready for posting though so not a complete wash out tonight

Got creative and made a new website template for The Empire Group portal. I’ll add some stuff to it tomorrow and see how it comes out.

Checked the emails, over 100 spam! One contact from the “contact me” form on my elottery site. Checked back office, super massive guest hits on Saturday! biggest this month. Email tracking shows one visit from a grab a grand prospect who got his 2nd autoresponder email. I’ll use the back office to contact this one, I think a lot of my own domain emails are not being seen when they go to hotmail or aol addresses but using the back office will keep the email under the Habeas seal and ensure it get’s delivered, it’s more hassle to do but it’ll be worth it if I can gaurantee it arriving in their inbox.

Posted a couple of messages at vwdforum.com answering about the telephone training today. I should be doing some calls and agreed to let a few people listen in on them. Hopefully the house will stay nice and quiet like it is now.

Just got a text message saying I have signed up a new player.

Added a reply to the thread in the forum about live prospect calling. Probably starting at 3.30 for this. I’ll be able to phone and welcome the new player too.

Quite successful calls! It’s a shame Skype could only handle 5 in the voice conference but a few of us heard me call a lead and arranged to send a dvd which went smoothly. Next we called a new member to give them an introduction, again it went ok with the member already knowing about the affiliate side so a good follow up call to do next week. Did a couple random(ish) calls to an old contact list I had, either not in or eating sunday dinner there!

We tried skypecasting the next call with me using the mobile phone speakerphone so they could hear and it was ok, next week we’ll do a skypecast to start off with and I’ll have a few more contacts to call.

I’ve put all the dvd’s and info material in to envelopes ready to be sent off to todays contacts.

I found my GAG flyers! and my printer does a sterling job of printing my URL on them so they go in to the pile for paperwork followups. nice

Didn’t really have time to sit and put down things as they happened yesterday because it was so busy at home. I checked the email and and some to respond to from members. I saw 3 group signups come in and another prospect was added to the prospector from results by email. Guest hits were wayyy up! Talked to the contact from yesterday to get his domain working, still not been contacted by vwd to say he is in my team yet. Probably happen on Monday.

Phoned the Big_Advertising contact from last week, apparently she joined and then left the same day. Just changed her mind that’s all, it happens. She will still be in the system for follow up emails and may come around to it again in a few months which also happens a lot. Some people see the benefit of playing the elottery straight away and join but then get the willies when they tell their family and end up being pressured to quitting because aunty Flo thinks it’s a scam! So it’s important to phone a new member as soon as possible after they join so you can let them know there is a human being behind this thing and that there are many members out there like them.

Phoned another lead and arranged to send a DVD out to him.

Got the Euro results and won twice! My new Vwdforum account won on Saturdays draw too. Can’t believe it’s another rollover for the Euro!! nice

That’s all I remember from Saturday.

Back office checked, 7 new prospects in the prospector - 1 from results by email, the rest total leads

Checked the genealogy and a surprise player was showing, I haven’t got the notification yet but I think it came from the
Big_Advertising lead that I posted a DVD to on Tuesday.

Guest hits were excellent yesterday, pretty good already today too. 1 follow up email required on the email tracking.
emails have been checked. One from a potential prospect asking if there is the option to be an affiliate without playing. (nope)

Distributed some of the work syndicate flyers, hopefully they’ll get picked up today.

Logged on to my newsletter site and sent out a Euromillions reminder and offered a free affiliate option if they join today.

Called the contact made this morning who asked a question and was able to answer some more, he says he’s signing up as we speak and he has some experience with things of this nature. I promised to send him some free DVDs and promotional material when I get notification of him joining. Great stuff! a new affiliate to show the business to!

Checked my affiliate training ecourse and made sure there were no typo’s, I notice there are quite a few cross line VWD’ers on there too! Glad to know it’s useful. I may add some more instructional videos to the series to benefit more experienced marketers.

I’ve talked to 3 people so far today about the elottery

Phoned one of the Big_Advertising leads, still not in! lol, I’ll catch her before the school run this afternoon. The other leads all have mobile numbers and describe themselves as working so I’ll try and get them on the phone tonight.

Got up and checked the email, noticed a few new members coming in to the group from other affiliates and a couple re-joiners. Got the Wednesday results so posted them up here. Got a response from an affiliate about my works syndicate flyer.

Forgot to put the work sydnicate flyers in the pigeon holes today, never mind, it’s Friday tomorrow so I’ll do it then.

Spent a couple minutes answering some emails from affiliates.

Checked the back office, got 10 more prospects in the prospector all from total leads except one pending application. Guest hits were good. No follow up emails to send.
