My VWD Lottery Experience.

I’ve been invited to the leaders meeting in North Wales in a couple of weeks where I’ll be one of the lucky few that will find out in advance just what VWD have planned for the next big launch!

oooh I’m so excited and I am almost certain that I can attend, all I have to do is convince my bosses that they can do without me for a day (I haven’t had a day off in 18 months), I’ll be puckering up to do some serious cajoling next week and see if I can get a double target figure to help the request get approved.

What an opportunity! A lot of the stuff will be hush hush until closer to the launch but the information I will learn will really help me prepare my team for what can only be described as the next wildfire….

2 weeks….. after then, I’ll be more full of beans than I have ever been

A BIG THANKYOU to my team of affiliates, especially Roberto Puzo and Mario Lopes for getting me promoted to Group Coordinator!

Group Co-ordinator is a special position because you get there not from your own recruiting but, from the recruiting of your team. Once there are 2 personally sponsored executive affiliates in 2 separate legs of your downline, you go to Group Coordinator so it’s a testament to my team and duplication that I have made it.

It’s the duplication and team working that brings prizes with our company, just take a look at the top 10 recruiters, people that are signing up 60 odd people a month are still executive, what does this tell you? it tells you that even though these people can recruit like a madd’un, they haven’t got duplication in their team. Personally, I’d rather recruit and train 2 people that can bring in 30 each than go out and get 60 on my own!

This is why me and Roberto set up The Empire Group, our goal was to provide a structure for training, a way of helping people build their own business instead of doing it for them and it works, it works bloody well.

Here’s Robby on the front page of VWD for getting to Executive, what a guy! He’s been the catalyst of my group explosion, his ideas and offline skills are simply awesome, all he has to do is come up with an idea and discuss with me and before long, I have digitized it and made it into a duplicating site/page/flyer. Working as a team, we can take what he already has seen work in the ‘real’ world and I can then confabulate it into a ‘virtual’ version that can be used by anyone in our team.

I’ve had another night where I tossed and turned because I couldn’t stop thinking about the new co-op venture, I keep getting all giddy when I think of the potential of our new method. The potential to turn this into something that I can produce myself is what’s really getting me high, I can forsee a large wedge of money coming my way and for those who are in with me on this.

Imagine making money prospecting, imagine getting paid even when they DONT join!!

A network builds below you and every one of them knows how to duplicate what you did. They will make money by default, simply by learning the system they will make enough back to cover the costs completely and once they’re there, they’ll be able to create their own network and it all repeats again. wow.

I’m going to launch my own version in September and until then, I’ll be using the system that’s already in place (which is more than good enough!!) to make, learn and grow.

3 of us are pooling resources and embarking on a new unique advertising campaign, we’ve discussed it over skype and we are a couple of weeks away from launch. I wrote an example email today that will be used and it’s so hard to get everything I want into an email and still conform to the structure that is shown with the other part of our campaigns tools.

I have 2 options;
use a short curiosity hook and explain on the landing page or put what we want in the email and have a short landing page.

hmmm, what to do??

I’ve been wanting to make some introduction and training movies for quite a while now for new affiliates, I think it would really help to put a face behind the training emails I send every day, I could use them for my recruits and allow them to use it for theirs.

I’ve upgraded my pc and at last, I have a firewire port that does what it should so over the next few weeks I will attempt to put some videos together, my first one will be a “welcome to the business” video that I will link to in my welcome email. I’ll give them a quick intro to what they’ve joined and some pointers to what is going to happen with their training, along the way I would like to make some training videos for prospecting and talking on the phone using the colours system which will integrate nicely with my new fangled lead generator system (still in testing).

Any suggestions for topics?

I had a great chat with a prospect today, he’s an ideal person to work with. He’s willing, capable and most importantly he’s seen networking work so the belief barrier is something I wont have to worry about. I’m looking forward to him coming to the team, I’ll be able to work with Roberto and him to develop a structured training package that we can combine with our existing package and thus create a “package” ready for duplication. cushti!

Of course you wouldn’t! It’s true a lot of people leave within the first 3 months of joining a network marketing company, that’s why it’s vitally important to train them how to bring in the leads. We’re not talking “train them how to spend money on getting leads” , we’re talking “get leads for free! have people come to you and ask to join”.

If you had 10 emails in your inbox all saying that they wanted to know more and are willing to be coached, would you still leave your company? - the answer is probably “no”

what if you had a duplicating system that not only trained these hot leads but provided them with all the tools necessary to do it? would you leave then? - the answer is definitely “NO”.

I’m a sucker for an impulse buy and in my time with VWD, I have bought and read just about every network marketing book out there, all the big promise (and big price) ebooks, the courses, the affiliate tools and the “super secret” gorilla marketing series. I did learn a lot, I also learned a lot of what NOT to do!

There was a common theme in all the publications however, some methods turn up again and again and I was considering making my own “how-to” ebook just for these things but, making an ebook on it’s own is not the (whole) answer, there needs to be a support structure and tools that are easy to use with example videos and explanations on how to use them. Another big thing is to provide a plan, a chronological series of instructions that take a brand new internet affiliate and turn them into a proficient lead machine capable of bringing in a regular supply of prospects that they can follow up using proven emails and scripts AND provide support for them all the way…

I think I have the answer… I just paid for a hard copy of a system that will help me immensely, not only does it provide the framework and tools but there is a full back office tracking facility that takes ALL the pain out of the follow up.

I am going to try it out for 2 months and when I am happy that it can do what it says on the tin, I’ll be able to share it all with the affiliate ecourse subscribers and my entire team. The best thing is, it’s not designed to replace your current marketing efforts, it’s designed to integrate with them seamlessly with just a few hours preparation.

I’m gonna give it a real good going over before I mention the name of it, be assured that I will not recommend something unless I have personally had success with it……

I have expanded my pyramid head even more with some brand new coding skills, I spent the whole evening working on sessions and cookies and I have now successfully managed to capture a cookie and session id and use it to submit information to a remote form with details that I have captured on one of my own pages.

what?

well, I can have any form on any of my websites and then take the captured data, store it and also use it to submit a results by email form on my vwd site, I’ll know if that person has already subscribed with someone else in vwd and take appropriate action and they will never have to leave my site or fill in another form.

This means I can start with my 3 step signup code and campaign, it’s all hush hush at the moment but this new coding has been floating around in my brain since I first came up with the 3 step signup plan after seeing a $97 script promising to provide a simple 3 step signup page page, problem was that I would have to take that captured data and manually submit it to my vwd site which would start to be a bane with 100+ captures coming in per day!.

Now that I’m able to take data from one of my own forms and process it and also submit it to my vwd prospector without the user having to navigate away from the page they are on it means that I can get on with the ‘real’ coding and get ready to launch my super campaign in the summer.

I’m so pleased, its been a little while since I got that “whoosh” that happens in the back of my brain when I successfully complete a coding task with code I’ve never used before. I r0xorz teh h4rd 1!!onetyone
