I have a deal with a blogger who has a network of high traffic, high-pagerank sites for my own members. I have used it numerous times and have found it to be a very effective prospect gatherer. (pointing to grab a grand page). Contact me for details.
You need this because of it's tabbed browsing and autofill function plus you can spell check information you put in online forms.
--Traffic Exchange
It is a good idea to set up a separate folder in your email program so you can keep your registration emails separate from the rest of your inbox just in case you need to go back and check your details for each site that you will be joining.
If you use online mail (hotmail, yahoo, gmail) etc, did you know you can use Outlook or Outlook Express to collect your mail?
Using an offline email program is much more productive, you are able to look up emails from weeks ago without trudging through pages and pages of slow loading sites, you can use automatic replies, move messages depending on the recipient etc.
If you're having trouble with setting up your email program, contact your sponsor and he will either talk you through it or give you my number and I'll help you as much as I can. It helps if you have your ISP name and website address and have your ISP username available.

This is a swanky site and very easy to use, just click the highest number shown when the timer runs down. - Traffic Swarm
This one takes a little more effort but is worth it, you have to choose an advert and click it, when the timer goes down you click to go back to the list and click one more, when you have clicked them all you can click "go" and see another set of adverts. - Traffic Roundup
This one is super easy, just click the picture that they tell you to. - Hit Safari
This one just needs you to match the animal skin type when the timer goes down - Webmaster Quest
